At Pajama Heaven, we aim to get your cosy favourites to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship nationwide using trusted NZ couriers. Estimated delivery times:

• North Island: 2–4 business days

• South Island: 3–5 business days Rural delivery may take an extra 1–2 days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
