Return & Refund Policy

At Pajama Heaven, your comfort is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With tags still attached

For hygiene reasons, intimates and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return
